On our Eat Well for Less course you’ll learn how to cook 8 healthy recipes from scratch in a friendly, supportive learning environment. We welcome people of all ages and ability – no previous cooking experience is required. Our experienced course tutors provide hands on support and accommodate all learning needs. All required ingredients and equipment are provided!
Signing up to Eat Well for Less benefits the local community too: your ticket also funds a free place on the course for someone referred to us from third sector organisations such as CAP (Christians Against Poverty) who work with beneficiaries of debt management support. Our ‘buy one, donate one’ model ensures that all members of the community have access to the course.
Please note: Purchasing a full programme Eat Well for Less ticket allows you to attend all 4 evening workshops that make up this course. The dates and times are as follows:
-> Workshop 1: Tuesday 6th November, 7-9pm
-> Workshop 2: Tuesday 13th November, 7-9pm
-> Workshop 3: Tuesday 20th November, 7-9pm
-> Workshop 4: Tuesday 27th November, 7-9pm
You will learn 2 recipes per workshop, 8 in total. We look forward to welcoming you on our Eat Well for Less course!
Join our community cookery school and learn how to make a range of healthy dishes from around the world! Buying a place on the course also funds a free place that we allocate with local partner third sector organisations.
Stock up on our range of ‘buy one, donate one’ food, set up a home delivery order or buy tickets for an upcoming cookery workshop direct from our stall!
We also work with a range of third sector organisations in the North West and surrounding areas to deliver socially innovative cooking and employability programmes. Get in touch for further information about our workshops and programmes.
